There is support group online too which you can join easily.As a practicing nurses, its our duty to observe the patient and records and report changes to available physician; provides primary care and supervises the care provided by nursing aides; coordinates with different members of the care team; updates family about the patients state; teach caregivers on how to render care safely and conveniently (Olds, 2006)We will also try to get to understand if the patient has talked about treatment options with his/her primary physician or family members. If he/her has not done so, we will help him/her to set up such discussions.
